## Financial Secretary Report

- Membership cards for those who have paid their dues
- Affiliate members program for those who are no longer active (not paying dues)
- Annual survey of fraternal activities completed (80K dollars, 600+ hours of charity)
- Received the $400 Refund from Supreme for Seminary Donations

## Treasurer Report
*Brother Paul*
- Refer to reports for confidential numbers
- AHTN and Saint Charles Borromeo not sent donations yet
- Issue with timing of the Donor Advised Fund not issueing the statement until the 3rd week of the following month.  Trustees need to be aware of this when reviewing the numbers
- Windfall profits from bonus given for football raffle tickets
- the 80K was because 2 golf outings in the same fiscal year
- we will not be doing that again this year

## Program Committee Report
*Brother John Perdoch*
1. Baptisms (Brother John Perdoch)
   - 1 baptism Sunday Feb 5th
   - Joe Mursch and Bill Meyer served as John's backup
      
2. COAL (Chance of a Lifetime (Brother John Bowan)
   - so far $1,145 (629 to state scholarship fund, we get 515)
   - a little down from last year's numbers

3. Adopt-a-Family (Brother Jim or Brother Wayne)
   - Wayne getting letters to the 90 families ready

4. Men's Coat Drive (Brother Lou)
   - Thank you note from St. John's Hospice
   
5. Coats for Kids (Brother Walter GK)
   - September/October program, but planning now
   - buy variety of coats in advance in different sizes
   - maybe piggy back on the backpack program
   - turning this over to Brother John to form a committe and start planning for it


## Old Business/New Business
- Masses for deceased members (Brother John Eidenhoffer)
   - we're catching up with this
   - note the change to the by laws that were approved at the start of this meeting
   - last 5 deceased knights have their Masses scheduled, GK to notify families with Mass cards
- Update Memorial Plaque (Brother Al DiGregorio/ Brother Lou)
   - last 5 deceased knights will be added to the plaque
   - only 5 spots will be left on the plaque
   - discussion about adding more spaces to the plaque (maybe 4 more rows of 5)
- Conference for Easter Region
     - March 26th
     - Resolutions and Elections of Delegates and State Officers
- 3 New Knights
   - Brother Bill Meyer suggests handing men form 100s after each Mass
- Veterans
   - Brother Paul returned from tomb of the unknown soldier in DC recently
   - We should do more for our veterans (embarressed that we haven't)
   - Brother Bill Meyer will be bringing up the Tunnel to Towers charity request next meeting
   - Disabled Veterans
   - Reach Across America, Wreaths for Veterans (closest cemetary for us is Washington Crossing)
