## Grand Knight Report
- Guest Speaker: David Wells from FOCUS
   - Brother John Bowan suggested a Knights Council on College
   - One example: bible study as a form of evangelization
- Presentation from Legacy of Life
   - Brothers attended the blessing of the ultrasound machine
   - We raised money for this last year
   

## Financial Secretary Report

- tax filing very complicated
   - more complex than ever before (2 golf outings in same year plus donor advised fund)
   - worked with accountant to compile 5 years worth of information and 39 page report

## Advocate Report

- Exemplification - 4th Degree Dates
   - Brother Bill Moredich received his 4th degree
- St. John Neuman assembly will be merging into Archbishop Wood assembly
   - Brothers already in the St. John Neuman need to submit a bunch of documentation in order to transfer to the Archbishop Wood assembly.
   - New brothers in our council can go directly into Archbishop Wood.

1. Baptisms (Brother John Perdoch)
   - July 2nd 4 baptisms
   - Upcoming Sunday 1 baptism
2. Scholarship Program (Brother Walter GK)
   - Dennis Fife
   - Dennis will be here at our next meeting in September
   - Photo op with Father Will and large check
   - He will talk to us about the essay
3. Football Sweepstakes (Brother Walter GK)
   - Tickets are in
   - We will not be selling them until September
4. Golf Committee (Brother Len/Lou)
   - September 25th at Makefield Highlands
   - Need to get sponsors (That's where the money comes from)
   - Council providing brochures for us to take and recruit sponsors
   - Volunteers needed for both marketing for sponsors and golfers
   - Wine bottles, TV blocks
   - Gift this year is a golf shirt
5. Coats for Kids (Brother John Perdoch)
   - Buy coats from Supreme and give them to children at event
   - Monetary Donations from parishoners, 8/19-20 and 8/26-27
   - Coats need to ordered first week of September
   - Coats arrive in October
   - John will work with social concerns to get names/sizes of kids

   - Father Will suggested that we do this quarterly (insead of monthly)
   - Brother Lou suggested changing the name to Family of Faith
   - GK & Father Will have identified a number of families
