- St. John Neuman assembly will be merging into Archbishop Wood assembly
   - Brothers already in the St. John Neuman need to submit a bunch of documentation in order to transfer to the Archbishop Wood assembly.
   - New brothers in our council can go directly into Archbishop Wood.
   - Sept 12th assembly installation of officers event in Horsham PA at 7pm


## Charity Committee Report
*Brother Lou Penge covering for Brother John Eidenhofer*
1. Lower Makefield Flood Victims (Brother Lou Penge)
   - Dollar Amount: $2,000
   - Brother from St. Ignatius speaks to the need
   - St. Ignatius council giving $5,000
   - partnering with 7 houses of worship and lions club
   - already delivered 10 checks total of 47K this monday
   - hoping to do the same again next week (raised around 80K total)
   - flood insurance not so great (didn't cover where the actual damage was)
   - St. Ignatius is 501.c3
   - Request to have 2nd reading today (open/close meeting)

   - July 16th Father Will
   - Private baptism with Deacon Jim Hartman this past Saturday
   - Aug 19th & 20th
2. Football Sweepstakes (Brother Chris Mazzeo)
   - Tickets available to Knights now
   - Will start selling them in church soon
3. Golf Committee (Brother Len/Lou)
   - September 25th at Makefield Highlands
   - Still looking for sponsors, donors, golfers
   - Sponsors needed by labor day
4. Coats for Kids (Brother John Perdoch)
   - Buy coats from Supreme and give them to children at event
   - Information will be in the bulletin this weekend 8/12-13
   - Monetary Donations from parishoners, 8/19-20 and 8/26-27
      - 2 brothers needed at each mass
      - card reader for donations
   - Coats need to be ordered first week of September
   - Coats arrive in October
   - John will work with social concerns to get names/sizes of kids

- Brother Joe Anastasio moved to Lancaster due to a job offer he couldn't refuse
   - Brother Bill Russel will take 3rd year trustee duties

- Bill Moredich layed off from job
- Nephew James born 3 weeks early in NICU
- All people struggling with addiction
- Family of Roche who died on June 19th and mother with cancer
- Uncle with health issues
- All 1st responders and healthcare workers, including flood responders
- Flood victims, especially children
- God hears our intentions and those for our children
- Wife who is going through knee rehab and draining issues
