Generation Life (GK Brother Walter) - Dollar Amount: $500 - Pro-Life and Chastity Education - Guest speaker spoke to this - Funds needed ASAP - 501c3 - Reached over 9000 students last school year (middle school, high school, college) *1st Reading (under 500 - only one reading) *Motion Accepted 2. Legacy of Life Foundation (GK Brother Walter) - Dollar Amount: $500 - Pro-Life Organization - Support for a social event they are hosting - Christmas barn event for mothers and their children - Barn guy cannot do it this year, so they are doing it at Saint Ignatius *1st Reading (under 500 - only one reading) *Motion Accepted 3. Adopt-a-Family (Brother Jim Coyle) - Families covered - 40% of donations have come in - This is the final week for donations coming in - Next week 11/18 is the delivery (turkeys) - Then Christmas coming up after that - Jesse Tree & Cops and Kids books 4. Coats for Kids (Brother John Perdoch) - Saturday 11/11 Setup 3pm-4:30pm - Sunday 11/2 11am-3pm setup, traffic, sizing, etc. - Sunday 11/12 1-3pm - Free New Coat Give Away - 528 Coats 5. Golf Outing (Brother Len) - raised $70 with both SJE and Saint Ignatius - $32 for SJE - Anonymous donors goes to the Donor Advised Fund (501c3) - Other funds go to Regular Charitable Fund - 15 years of amazing support from anonymous donor 6. Jesse Tree (Brother Joe Mursch) - Service Day volunteers got the angel tags ready - Angel Tree will be up starting this weekend - Will be up for 4 weeks, deadline for December 3rd - Sorting of gifts will be on December 3rd 7.
