Brother Jim Tolbert, Captain, United States Navy, Ret., delivered the keynote address on Memorial Day, May 27th at the Yardley Veterans’ Monument. Jim, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, advanced through the ranks to command a fleet of 3,000 men. He was also given
an Honor Award from the council at our meeting on June 12th.
